Yearly plan guarantee

The public site currently presents a 14-day money-back guarantee on yearly plans. If you offer a different guarantee in your deployment, update this text before publishing.

  • Apply the guarantee only to the plan you advertise
  • Document the start date and payment reference
  • State the support channel used for claims

Digital services and licenses

AuthSP is a digital platform. Refund eligibility may be limited once a license is issued, a service is activated, or a billing period has started, unless local law requires otherwise.

  • Digital license delivery may be non-returnable
  • Activated services may not be refundable
  • Regional law can override internal policy

How to request a refund

Customers should submit a refund request through support with the account email, payment reference, reason, and any screenshots needed to review the case quickly.

Processing and timelines

Approved refunds are typically sent back through the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the gateway and financial institution.

  • Gateway processing fees may not be refundable

Abuse prevention

To protect the platform, we may decline repeated, fraudulent, or abusive refund requests, or requests tied to chargeback abuse or policy violations.
